Shipping
Shipping is FREE on all orders within the USA of $50 or more! Most orders ship same day!
Shipping Rates are as follows:
$0.01 - $19.99 = $4.95
$20.00 - $29.99 = $5.95
$30.00 - $39.99 = $6.95
$40.00 - $49.99 = $7.95
$50.00 and up = FREE
Some orders will be eligible for reduced shipping fees.
(Most orders without paper will qualify for reduced shipping)
If you pay with Paypal excess postage will simply be refunded to you.
If you pay with credit card the excess amount of shipping will be deducted before your card is charged.
If you are paying with Money Order we will contact you right away with a new total.
APO Shipping
We do ship to APO addresses at no additional charge.
All APO Shipping is treated the same as US Shipping.
If You Live Outside of The USA
YOU MAY PLACE YOUR ORDER AS NORMAL, ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PACKAGED YOU WILL BE SENT AN EMAIL GIVING YOU YOUR SHIPPING CHOICES. YOU WILL THEN BE BILLED FOR THE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING. THIS SHIPPING CHARGE WILL HAVE TO BE PAID FOR BEFORE YOUR ORDER WILL BE SENT.
All orders are shipped within 1-72 hours. This is dependent on the time of day your order is placed, if we need to get items you have ordered from the warehouse, and what day of the week it is (example we can't ship on Sunday's) Most orders do ship same day or next!
All orders are shipped via First Class Parcel Post, Priority Mail, FedEx, and UPS depending on the weight of your order.
Insurance
Returns
All unopened / unused products may be returned for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Any damaged products due to shipping or manufacturer error may be returned for store credit at the full value. You must email us at kathy@thescrapbookstore.net within 1 week of receiving your item letting us know that you will be sending the item back. We recommend placing insurance or at the very least delivery confirmation on your package as we are not responsible for any packages not received. Delivery confirmation done threw USPS is in no way a tracking number but it does help if they have to find the package when it is lost.
